Citizen Access Portal
Submitting for a Planning application of any type begins in the Citizen Access Portal, the City's enterprise application processing tool. This includes:
- Administrative Applications
- Pre-application meetings
- Hearing Applications (after a pre-application)
Application Types
Administrative: Reviewed and approved by the Planning Director and staff. Pre-applications are administrative guidance, with no decision.
Hearing: Require a public hearing or public meeting where the Planning and Zoning Commission or City Council or both can review the application in a public forum.
Document Submittal
All drawings and documents associated with administrative and hearing applications will be uploaded and reviewed through Project Dox. Information on submittal standards and checklists can be found below.
